Are you still a GP? Yes, I've been in Birtley for 11 years
Have you got more hair? No but the hair loss is slowing down, thankfully
What do you do in your spare time? Spare time..........!!!
What are the highlights of your year? Our holiday in Sorrento with Rachel, Cycling in Italy with Ruth (see the link to the photos), doing the Coast and Castles route with Rob Reay and Rob Wood.
How long have you been married to Ruth? 23 and 1/2 years! Is it getting better year by year- definitely, we have had to adjust to both Tom and Rachel leaving home, but we have found we love each other and like to spend time together.
What has been one satisfying thing you have been involved in? Healing on the Streets- over the past year we have been to the Monument to pray for people, its been humbling, scary, but we've seen lots of good things happen
What would you like more of? Time and space- that sounds a bit selfish especially as there are only two of us at home, but the truth is I'm an introvert. All that people stuff is great, but enjoying quietness and space is lovely
What would you like less of? Paperwork and government initiatives, swine flu, and early mornings.
Have you been blogging? Not exactly but I did set up a website like a blog for our Justice and Mercy group at Church (see links)
Any hopes and dreams? In 2011 I'm hoping we can go to New Zealand for our 25th anniversary. I'd like to have another cycling trip with the boys. I'd love to be a better follower of Jesus
